Tape and CD ministry

Many churches have an excellent preaching and teaching ministry. It always seems a shame that this ministry often stops at the end of each service. Today many churches are finding that recording services is a way of extending the churches ministry to those unable to attend the services, or to allow the congregation to extract the maximum benefit from a teaching / preaching series. It is perfectly possible to use a domestic hifi type of cassette deck to copy the recordings, but this is time consuming, when a 1 to 1 copier can copy both sides of a C90 cassette in under 4 1/2 minutes.

You will also need consumables, such as cassettes, labels and cases. Sermon and Teaching series are often best presented in a cassette book format. This is where four, six or eight tapes are held in a case, similar to a video case, with a printed sheet inserted in the clear sleeve on the outside to identify the contents. These can prove a useful fund raiser to offset the costs of running a tape ministry.

Many churches are looking to CD's as a more up to date format to use. We have supplied a number of CD mastering and copying systems, and have the experience of working with one of the UK's largest sermon and teaching libraries, at All Souls Langham Place in central London,( whose tape archive goes back as far as the late 1950's), where they have just added CD copies to the existing Cassette library .

N/A. = this particular model not available. Note that if you are not going to reuse cassette tapes, and always copy onto new blank cassettes, then you do not need the facility of erase heads. A 16 times speed tape copier will produce a C60 tape in about 4 minutes, or CD Copier a 74 minute CD in just over 4 1/2 minutes.

UNIKEEP CD Books

These take up to 12 CD's in a ring binder style plastic case, with a clear sleeve on the outside. We supply a number of the major London churches with these, so can offer them on at a very reasonable price of £3.95 each, falling to £2.50 for 500 plus. These are imported by us, so there may be a delay in delivery.
